Kelvyn Kelvyn
Kelvyn is a skilled Culture champion who has devised and implemented people strategies in a large number of organisations. He brings unique expertise to the team and can contribute at all stages and every level, from strategic and cultural change projects to creating and implementing practical bespoke business programmes that are embedded in the workplace. Kelvyn works tirelessly with organisations to ensure business strategies are created that will deliver powerful sustained results, adding value to the brand by determining what excellence looks like and what steps are needed to enhance its culture.
 
   
Catherine catherine
Catherine is a professional training & development consultant, having worked
in the in the HR arena for over 14 years. Her areas of expertise include Leadership andmanagement development, helping businesses to improve the bottom line through more effective brand and customer service delivery. Catherine is a star coach and mentor, who is CIPD qualified and licensed practitioner of Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Occupational Testing.
 
   
Meg Meg
Meg has been involved in developing and promoting lifestyle brands for the last 15 years. She has developed the teams, services and products onboard super-yachts and in gourmet food shops, hotels and restaurants. Meg is an Account Manager
and co-ordinator for the People and Culture department.
 
   
Richard Richard
Richard is an experienced management change consultant having worked in both internal and external facing roles across a broad range of sectors including retail, leisure, banking, manufacturing and the public sector. His areas of expertise include; recruitment and selection, employee engagement and brand experience integration. He has an MBA from Henley Management College.
 
   
Tim Tim
Tim advises clients on how best to optimise sales through strategic and tactical use of store space, increasing footfall, conversion rates and transaction values. His retail experience covers a wide range of product categories and formats, including large scale commercial operations thus providing sound experience in ‘Big space’ retailing. Tim is also part of the ‘i-am’ People and Culture team, helping deliver key skills to client’s retail teams. A true disciple of the fundamentals of retail detail, he is constantly observing the science of interaction between people, product and space and is the author of ‘The Detail of Retail’
